Our Process: How a Water Heater Visit Works
Four steps, every visit, no surprises — from your first call to hot water at the tap.
Clarksville, TN · Mon–Fri 7AM–7PM · Sat 8AM–4PM · 24/7 emergency dispatch

Step 1 — Describe the symptom
Call (931) 208-9638 and tell us what the heater is doing: no hot water, running out fast, popping, leaking, smelly, or throwing an error code. Note when it started, whether it is getting worse, and whether it affects all taps or one. That pattern shapes the whole diagnosis.
Step 2 — Test in order
On arrival we test in a fixed order: power and fuel first, then thermostat, element, ignition, and controls, plus sediment, venting, and safety-valve condition as applicable. Meters, not guesses. Only the part that fails its test gets replaced.
Step 3 — One upfront price
You get a single price for the repair, including the part, before work starts. If the diagnosis shows replacement is the better spend, you get that comparison too — with numbers, not pressure — and time to decide.
Step 4 — Verify at the tap
We run the heater through a full heating cycle, check temperature and pressure, confirm no leaks, and verify hot water at the tap before we leave. You also get a plain-language note of what was found and what to watch.
